I am dedicated to providing outstanding legal services to my clients at a reasonable price. I believe in tough, aggressive litigation. I also believe that lawyers should strive to resolve legal disputes on reasonable and fair terms rather than prolong them out of spite or ill will -- or to enhance their legal fees. Even so, I always fight hard for all of my clients and I never sell anyone short. I charge for my time on an hourly basis, a flat fee basis or a contingency basis depending upon the type of case. Irrespective of what fee basis I use, I will require that a retainer fee be paid before my name is entered on any court docket as legal counsel of record. However, I am quite willing to work out payment plans whenever feasible. Moreover, I gladly accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. I work hard for my clients and I take special pride in my work in the courtroom. In essence, a legal case is simply a search for justice. I always give my best possible effort.
